Our Story
Founded in 1999 by Eng. Mohamed Ali Jallouqa to meet the need for independent, professional valuation in Jordan, First Jordanian Real Estate has grown into a trusted adviser to government entities, international organisations, financial institutions and private investors.
Over more than two decades we have built one of the most comprehensive property databases in the Kingdom. In a market where reliable transaction data is scarce, that evidence base, combined with rigorous methodology and long market experience, allows us to deliver defensible valuations on even the most complex assignments, from single residential units to airports, hotels and national portfolios.
Our firm also contributed to establishing the property valuation system adopted by the Department of Lands and Survey for transaction tax assessment, and has trained valuers across the profession.

Our Vision & Mission
To be the most trusted name in real estate valuation and advisory in Jordan and the wider Arab region, recognized for independence, integrity, and the standard we set for the profession.
To deliver independent, accurate and well-evidenced valuation and advisory services that give our clients the confidence to make sound property, lending and investment decisions.
Our Founder
Eng. Mohamed Ali Jallouqa has more than 35 years of experience as a real estate appraiser and consultant in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. He founded First Jordanian Real Estate and personally leads its valuation practice as General Manager and Chief Appraiser.
He has helped shape the valuation profession in Jordan. Representing the private sector, he was a key member of the team that established the property valuation system for transaction tax at the Department of Lands and Survey (2000–2005), the first private-sector member of the government committee that set the registration requirements and bylaw for appraisers, and a member of the first committee to examine and register appraisers. He chairs the Scientific Committee of the Jordanian Association of Real Estate Valuers.
His assignments include Queen Alia International Airport, the Abdali development, the King Abdullah II Convention Centre and Tala Bay, as well as work for the IFC, the Islamic Development Bank, the United Nations and USAID. From 2005 to 2010 he established and led the valuation department of RE/MAX Arabia in Jeddah. He serves as an expert witness before the Amman courts, is a recognised trainer for the Department of Lands and Survey, and is the author of two publications on valuation and the Jordanian property market.
